Nominations open for 2013 CCMA Awards

Now in their 18th year, the CCMA (UK) are calling for nominations for their annual awards.
There are seven categories of awards:
- Call Centre Manager of the Year (large and small)
- Team Manager of the Year
- Emergency Control Room Manager of the Year
- E-business Manager of the Year
- Call Centre Support Manager of the Year (anyone who provides support to the call centre operations)
- Back-office Support Manager of the Year
- Learning Champion/Trainer of the Year
The 2012 Winners were:
CCMA Call Centre Manager of the Year
Sian McGregor from Virgin Media (large call centre)
Sarah Haward from Affinion (small call centre)
CCMA Team of the Year 2012
Royal Caribbean Cruiselines
Team Manager of the Year
Jennifer Turner from Endsleigh Insurance
Support Manager of the Year
Jen Harris from AVIVA
Nominations for this year’s awards are free of charge and simple and quick to make; they must be received by the CCMA no later than the 28th February 2013. The winners and runners-up from each category will be announced at the gala awards dinner which will be held on 18th April 2013 at the Palace Hotel, Manchester.
