Netcall acquires Serengeti Systems

Netcall has acquired Serengeti Systems, a provider of enterprise content management (ECM) software to the UK public sector.

The integration of Serengeti’s ECM product suite with Netcall’s capabilities of business process management (BPM), intelligent contact handling and workforce optimisation allows clients to improve their productivity, by streamlining processes, improving business continuity and delivering customer service excellence.

Henrik Bang, CEO of Netcall, commented: “The combination of Serengeti’s ECM solutions together with our BPM and intelligent contact handling portfolio provides a compelling value proposition for our clients.”
