The latest Forum Events Call Centre and Customer Services Summit was held at the Radisson BLU Hotel, Stansted Airport, on the 17th & 18th September.

The summit was a very interesting mix of seminars, supplier displays and meetings, which gave delegates, who were mostly senior contact centre and customer service managers, an opportunity to pursue their specific interests.

Delegates numbered over 100, from all sectors, and there were over 30 major suppliers covering all interests, from training to technology solutions.

“We got some really good contacts out of the event and are busy booking appointments with some of the vendors as we speak. I arrived with a strong, preconceived idea of what I wanted from the summit and actually came away with a very different view and some really exciting ideas.”
Kate Willis, International Financial Data Services

The next Call Centre and Customer Services Summit will takie place on the 22nd & 23rd April 2013 at Heythrop Park Resort in Oxfordshire.
