Novacroft has recently won new business leading to the recruitment of 96 new contact centre team members, all of whom started their new roles in July 2012.

Novacroft provides customer support to the transport industry from its 200+ seat contact centre.

As Great Britain’s sporting summer gets into full swing, Novacroft’s new business wins will address the increase in call volumes expected as members of the public make plans to travel around the country to sporting venues, book tickets and obtain any concessionary travel cards they are entitled to.

Novacroft’s Commercial Operations Director, David Messiter, said: “Novacroft is proud to be bringing significant new business to Northamptonshire and to be playing a part in the growth of the region. We are excited about the opportunities our new contracts will bring to Novacroft and the local community – our offices are buzzing with excitement and we look forward to welcoming new faces.”

Sited in the heart of the UK, Northampton-based Novacroft’s contact centre has also recently made the transition to round-the-clock opening hours and invested in a new state-of the art telephony system. This telephony investment will help Novacroft to provide the latest in responsive and tailored customer service solutions and is in line with contact centre business growth and Novacroft’s mission to create large-scale contact centre capacity.
