In its 10th year, ContactBabel’s annual UK contact centre research programme is looking for 200+ UK contact centres to take part and receive the findings on salaries, attrition, operational performance benchmarking, budget, strategy and technology.
“The UK Contact Centre Decision-Makers’ Guide” and its sister report, “The UK Contact Centre HR & Operational Benchmarking Report” will be available in autumn 2012.
Respondents to the survey receive both reports free by participating in the online, 100%-confidential research programme. The reports will cost £295 + VAT to non-respondents.
The survey is open to all UK-based contact centres with more than 10 agent positions.
Please note, the deadline for completing the questionnaire is Friday 20th July 2012.
