Ultra Communications has taken on 11 new personnel within its Development, Client Support, Testing, Sales, Project Management and Marketing teams.

Amongst the new appointments is Michael Gray, who has joined the company in the new position of Marketing Director. Michael has worked in the customer contact industry for over 20 years both in-house and as a marketing consultant for leading companies such as Garlands Call Centres, Aspect Software, O2, Intel, Nortel and BT.
