Fusion Coventry has appointed Vivienne Skeffington as Contact Centre Manager.

Vivienne has been with Fusion for eight years, progressing from Team Leader to Operations Manager.

Vivienne will lead over 70 customer service advisors at the busy site following recent company growth, which has seen it recruit over 190 new people in the past 18 months.

As part of her new role, Vivienne will manage all new starters and will be instrumental in developing a new company-wide initiative to review and enhance the induction process.

Andy Talbot, Site Manager at Fusion Coventry, commented: “Fusion Coventry has enjoyed ongoing growth for a number of years. As we expand it’s even more important that we have a highly experienced management team in place to ensure we are delivering an exceptional service. Vivienne knows the Fusion business inside out and her customer service and operations management experience is second to none, so I have no doubt that she will play a pivotal role in our future success.”

Vivienne Skeffington, Contact Centre Manager, said: “As a business, Fusion is constantly striving for excellence, so I am looking forward to my new role in helping new starters realise this goal. Working in financial services is challenging but also provides an exciting and target-driven environment. Given our recent growth, now is the perfect time to drive new induction processes – so I am very excited to start my new role.”
