30 new team manager positions for npower in the North East

npower has announced it is recruiting again in the North East.  Following the recent recruitment of more than 200 new staff in various locations, npower is now advertising 30 new team manager positions in Peterlee, Thornaby and Houghton le Spring.

npower’s recruitment process began at the start of the year, with several successful events aimed at the recruitment of customer service advisors in the North East.  Following the popularity of these sessions, another recruitment event specifically for team managers has been scheduled on site at Houghton le Spring for Saturday 3 March 2012.

Paul Robinson, head of npower’s contact centres, commented: “We are pleased to be able to offer another 30 jobs to the local community.  These team managers will bolster the npower team and ensure we can deliver the very best service possible to customers.”

Required to lead and motivate a team of customer service advisors, npower team managers should be strong leaders as well as team players with management and customer service experience.  Their role will be to ensure business objectives are met through the coaching and development of their team.

npower provides comprehensive training to bring out the very best in its employees.  Full-time positions are being advertised with a variety of shifts available.

The npower open event took place on Saturday 3 March 2012.
