The Professional Planning Forum have arranged a number of training events throughout 2012.

Advanced Certificate in Contact Centre Management

THE DATE: 4th – 6th December 2012

THE LOCATION: London

THE DETAILS: An accredited programme in association with the University of Ulster. This programme works outstandingly well for someone in the first months of a planning role or as a refresher for those with more experience. We combine intensive introductory training with four months of mentoring support, to help new planners contribute faster in the first months of their career.

 


MI & Performance Analysis

THE DATE: 12th – 13th December 2012

THE LOCATION: Manchester

THE DETAILS: Are you in a specialist Management Information or Performance Analyst role – but had no previous training in information analysis? This course is for specialists looking to develop and implement new ideas and deepen their professional skills. The course requires good knowledge of EXCEL and some previous practical experience in the analyst role.


Planning for Outbound

THE DATE: 12th – 13th December 2012

THE LOCATION: Manchester

THE DETAILS: Ideal for dialler/campaign co-ordinators, outbound planners and outbound professionals. We give a comprehensive introduction to the planning methods required to efficiently deliver outbound campaign targets, plus the chance to share your experience and learn from best practice in other outbound operations.
