This event is the first of its kind in the DACH region.

Companies from Germany (D), Austria (A) and Switzerland (CH) have here the opportunity to present their Customer Experience initiatives to a panel of independent CX Experts.

In two rounds – written and verbal – the contestants show their work in the field of Customer Experience and receive a feedback report at the end of this amazing journey.

During a gala event they stand the chance to get awarded for their entries.

Further, this event offers a conference setting, where CX Experts share Best Practices, case studies in their key notes.

It gives CX-Practioneers the opportunity to network, learn best practices from the sources and hear about latest trends in CX.

 

Rachael Trickey first joined Call Centre Helper in 2010. She has acquired extensive knowledge of call centre technology and the key players in the contact centre Industry.

Rachael is an Account Manager at Call Centre Helper, helping our current customers especially with Webinars and Social Media.
