European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards

This year the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards evening will take place on Tuesday 26 November 2019 at the flamboyant Evolution in London’s Battersea Park.

As the largest and oldest awards programme in the sector, there is no better way to celebrate the success of the industry than in style! And this year you can expect glitz and glamour as Evolution is transformed into a new and exciting backdrop.

With our host Fiona Bruce, BBC presenter and journalist, ready to guide us through the evening, it will be a night to remember, with outstanding entertainment from the moment you arrive to a delectable four-course dinner. Fiona will then be joined by a surprise celebrity legend to announce the winners. You are invited to continue to party with dancing and bumper cars.

Tables of 10 are available and include unlimited wines, beers and soft drinks in the price. It’s a fantastic opportunity to celebrate with colleagues, customers and partners.
