THE DESCRIPTION: During this Lunch & Learn session, we will discuss what it means to be robot ready – from people skills through to the technology needed. We will explore strategies for organisational readiness for a future of automation and highly personalised, proactive customer engagements.

Speakers;
Simon Foot, Director – Ember Group
Simon has spent 20 years working in customer centric roles, with the BBC, IBM, Verint, and Camelot. He joined Ember in 2012 and has led numerous transformation projects designing and implementing operating models at a strategic, operational and technological level. A particular area of expertise is in channel optimisation and the implementation of digital initiatives.

Stuart Dorman, Chief Innovation Officer – Sabio
Stuart is responsible for developing Sabio’s innovation culture, as well as helping Sabio’s clients to think differently about CX by applying technology, innovation and disruptive thinking. He is acknowledged as an industry thought leader, regularly speaking at CX events and serves as a judge for top industry awards across Europe and Asia.
