Ember Group have launched a series of talks on how to maximise the value in your contact centre conversations, beginning in February 2018.

These presentations will be focused on subjects that matter to the customer engagement community.

In addition, the sessions will be led and delivered by award-winning contact centre specialist Carolyn Blunt and other high-profile experts in the field.

For Ember Group, the series was created so that contact centre professionals can spread their innovative ideas and the presentations are designed to get the audience thinking outside the box.

In February, when the first of the talks takes place, the industry experts will lead discussions on the topic of maximising the value in contact centre conversations.

The three themes covered in this session will be:

  • How to manage the shift in mindset
  • The skills needed to make these transformations happen
  • How to leverage technologies in the market to drive real performance

This event will be run on the 22nd of February, at the British Library, and will be especially of interest to those in positions like Head of Operations, Head of Customer Experience and Engagement, as well as those in the C-Suite.
