Rostrvm Solutions are pleased to welcome Mihir Ruparelia, who joins to help the comapny with contact centre software support queries.

Mihir is an experienced and friendly customer support advisor, having previously worked for a range of software businesses, taking calls on bespoke products, installing hardware, providing internal IT and making site visits.
