Headset manufacturer, Voice Active have recently launched Avianne Green offering a cleaning service to call and contact centre headset users.

The company is also able to sanitise the entire work station area using materials that were formulated for use within the aviation industry.

With capital budgets being squeezed, it is vital to ensure the longevity of assets and the health and welfare of staff by regular cleansing and desktop product refurbishment.

Brian Roberts, Director, says:

“Our customers were constantly asking us for a high-quality headset-cleaning service that could be carried out by themselves using our materials or by us providing an in-house solution.

“We’ve gone one step further, by offering a service that can cleanse, not only the immediate working area but the whole data centre environment.

“As we approach autumn those nasty viruses reappear and it is the responsibility of us all to ensure our equipment is kept hygienically clean at all times and to eradicate bacterial growth.”
