Nominations will close for Call Centre Helper’s 2016 “Top Contact Centre Technology” awards on Thursday 16th June 2016.

We last ran our Technology Awards in April 2014 and with 330 votes the winners were announced as follows:

1st – Mplsystems intelligentContact
2nd – LiveOps Engage
3rd – Jabra BIZ 2400 corded headset

Back by popular demand, these online awards give recognition to the best products on the market, and help contact centre managers make informed decisions about the technologies they invest in. Voted for by our readers, the results of our awards are impartial and provide an accurate picture of the best products out there.
