Call Centre Helper are excited to announce that we are now running our Technology Awards annually and they are back for 2017!

We ran the awards last year and had over 350 people vote on the winners, who included:

1st – Scorebuddy – Scorebuddy QA
2nd – Genesys – Omnichannel Engagement Center
3rd – mplsystems – IntelligentContact

The Call Centre Helper Technology Awards give recognition to the best products on the market and help contact centre managers make informed decisions about the technologies they invest in. As our awards are voted for by our readers, the results are impartial and provide an accurate picture of the best products out there.

But it is down to you to decide which product will win in 2017.

Nominations will close on Thursday 2nd March and voting will open at the end of March 2017
