The awards celebrated the success of the contact centre industry in Dundee.

Talking Tayside was established in 2000 with the aim of developing and promoting the local contact centre industry. The annual awards recognise the excellence of the people employed in this sector.

“Judging this year’s awards highlighted how the standard of entrants to these awards isn’t only maintained from year to year, it’s enhanced,” said Jim Mason of Scottish Development International. “This is good news for the local contact centre industry but it made judging even more difficult as the overall quality of the entrants was incredibly high.”
