Now in their 7th year, the North West Contact Centre Awards programme is free to enter and recognises the achievements of the North West’s 700+ contact centres. Nominations are now open and entries will close on the 31st May 2012.
Organised by CallNorthWest, a not-for-profit regional support network set up by the University of Central Lancashire in 2003, their aim is to support the sector through regional forums and best practice events.
Jo Robinson has worked at Call Center Helper since 2007. She started off as News Editor and is currently Operations Manager. Jo quality checks a large number of the articles on Call Centre Helper, along with caring for our customers, managing the eblast programme and sponsorship of our annual benchmarking survey.
