This month we bring you news of changes for Ann-Marie Stagg, Jabra, NewVoiceMedia and Rostrvm.
Ann-Marie Stagg of the Call Centre Management Association (UK) was recently elected President of the European Confederation of Contact Centre Organisations (ECCCO) at their Annual General Meeting in Paris.

The ECCCO is a non-profit association that promotes the interests and needs of the European contact centre industry.
“I am delighted to be given the chance to lead it forward over the next period of its development,” said Ann-Marie Stagg. “We now have members from individual national organisations in twenty-one countries across Europe and they represent an industry of more than 35,000 contact centres and nearly 3.4 million employees.”

Nigel Dunn
Jabra have appointment Nigel Dunn as Managing Director of Jabra Business Solutions, UK & Ireland. He formally commences his new role in early December and will be based at Jabra UK & Ireland head office in Surrey.
“With Nigel in place as the new Managing Director for this sub-region, I am confident that we have found a very dedicated and truly experienced business and people leader, who will further enhance the expertise and focus of the UK & Ireland team, in order to continue our business growth in 2014,” said Joel Hamon, Jabra EMEA President.

NewVoiceMedia has announced a strategic agreement with Twilio to further accelerate deployment, improve usability and enhance the customer experience.
The company will benefit from inbound and outbound routing from Twilio’s network – an instant, agile cloud telephony infrastructure that will enable the business to deliver its market-leading solutions to customers across the world even more quickly.
