Nominations have now closed for Call Centre Helper’s 2018 “Top Contact Centre Technology” awards

We last ran our Technology Awards in 2017 and, with 1,040 votes from contact centre professionals, the winners were announced as follows:

  • 1st – NewVoiceMedia – ContactWorld
  • 2nd – InVision Software – injixo WFM
  • 3rd – Noble Systems – Noble Enterprise Contact Centre Solution

The Call Centre Helper Technology Awards give recognition to the best products on the market, and help contact centre managers make informed decisions about the technologies they invest in.

As our awards are voted for by our readers, the results are impartial and provide an accurate picture of the best products out there.
