Our Live Chat series will be kicking off in one week with a discussion on Contact Centre Games.

Playing games is a great way to liven the mood on the contact centre floor – especially on a Friday afternoon when everyone is on a come down from a busy week. But games can easily lose their impact if they are played day in, day out.

This Live Chat session – taking place at 1pm (UK time) on Friday 8th August – will give you the opportunity to swap ideas with like-minded managers and introduce some fun new games to your contact centre.

Here are just a handful of games ideas which were swapped and shared in a previous chat room session.

  • Encourage individual teams to create their own games
  • ‘Team vs team’ games
  • Hold a staff lottery each month
