Content Guru has launched a new global website reflecting the development of its AI-focused product offerings.

Chris Sykes, CMO, Content Guru, expressed excitement about the company’s latest developments, stating: “We are delighted to announce the launch of our new website and flagship AI event, which demonstrate the potential AI holds and how we are delivering its transformative impact to our growing customer base.

The site showcases its experience in the customer experience (CX) sector and provides a clear overview of modules within its cloud CX platform, storm, and its AI orchestration layer, brain.

The website includes case studies on AI adoption across various customer interaction stages and features localized versions for markets including Germany, the Netherlands, Japan, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

It also offers a centralized resource library tailored for customers, prospects, and partners.

In addition, Content Guru has announced brain® 2050, an AI-focused event taking place in London on May 15, 2025.

The event will feature expert speakers and explore the evolving role of AI in customer engagement and its long-term impact.
