Content Guru Secures Six Industry Award Nominations

Content Guru has been shortlisted for six categories at the UK IT Industry Awards 2025 and the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs).

At the UK IT Industry Awards, the company is a finalist for AI Innovation of the Year, Vendor of the Year, and Cloud Technology of the Year.

At the ECCCSAs, Content Guru is recognized for projects with Serco, Together, and the DVLA, reaching the finals for Greatest Impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Best Innovation in Customer Service, and Most Effective Strategic Transformation Programme.

These nominations follow a year in which the company has been shortlisted 16 times across industry awards, with three wins highlighting the role of its AI capabilities.
