Webhelp UK has launched a charity partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support.

The company is aiming to raise £23,500 by the end of 2014 in order to support the work that Macmillan provides in communities throughout the UK.

In order to achieve this, each Webhelp site in the UK has been designated its own Charity Ambassadors to lead and co-ordinate events. In addition, April Davidson (Macmillan Regional Fundraising manager) will assist the teams with their fundraising activities in the coming year.

“Charitable contribution is a key part of our company ethos and we want to help Macmillan in its goal to offer practical, medical and financial support to even more people throughout the UK,” said Beverley Lambert, Head of Human Resources at Webhelp UK. “We are confident that 2014 will be our best year for fundraising yet, and look forward to beginning our new partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support.”
