Apprentices celebrate as firms work together

Ant Marketing hosted a visit from Sheffield MP Paul Blomfield, who came to celebrate the success and achievements of 7 apprentices who recently qualified in a 12-month comprehensive Contact Centre Operations and Customer Service training programme.  

The training was delivered by Direct Learning UK, who have been working to deliver successful apprenticeship programmes since 2011.  Their qualifications and occupational areas, which include dedicated programmes for Customer Service and Contact Centre Operations, meet the demand of both learners and employers.

Andrea Basford, Head of Operations, was particularly pleased with the results and the overall impact of the partnership for the future success of Ant, commenting, ‘It means a great deal to our staff to see we are investing in their future, and the training they have received from Direct Learning has certainly ensured we have the best contact centre staff in the UK!”
