MS Dynamics CRM can now be integrated with Rostrvm.
Rostrvm has partnered with MS Dynamics to produce a contact centre desktop tool which can be used by large and small businesses.
The Rostrvm Desktop can “screen pop” the Dynamics CRM in the right place, on the right record, as a call is received via the company’s ACD or made by their predictive dialler. If advisors are on a call and need extra information, they can also click into the CRM system to find everything they need.
