THE DETAILS: This is the national launch event to explore the challenges around sourcing and utilising data in an non inbound call environment. Back Office, Operations, Processing, Admin, etc. many departments with many different nuances, but all with the same problem, the difficulty in obtaining, timely, effective and relative data to drive performance, improvement and operational control.

This interactive workshop, sponsored by Aspect and eg solutions as an integral part of the Back Office Education and Best Practice Programme 2014, will have case study presentations and workshop and discussion sessions to help all attendees set a clear objective for the remainder of 2014 in overcoming the blockage of data challenges.
