An employee from one contact centre has won £3,000 in a monthly prize draw.

Cheryl Bourke from Coventry-based Fusion Contact Centre Services is celebrating this week after winning the star prize in the monthly draw held by the BGL Group (Fusion’s parent company). She has worked for the firm for the past 11 years, and has chosen to split her prize into £2,000 shopping vouchers and £1,000 in holiday vouchers.

The Group runs the free prize draw, known as the ‘FAB Draw’, each month for its 3,000 employees across nine sites. The draw is an important part of their reward and benefits programme and employees have the chance to win one of 14 prizes, ranging from luxury weekend breaks to iPads and shopping vouchers.

“The FAB Draw creates a real buzz across the contact centre on the third Friday of every month, and I was absolutely over the moon to discover I had won the star prize,” said Cheryl Bourke, Advisor at Fusion Coventry. “I don’t know of any other company that runs such a scheme but special touches like this make working here even more rewarding.”
