Dates announced for Users Group conference series

Noble Systems has announced the dates of its 2014 Select Noble Users Group (SNUG) Conference series.

The theme of the 2014 events is “Going Beyond the Call”, a reference to how the company’s unified platform and technology solutions enable users to make the most of every customer contact and engage with them to build a relationship.

The conference dates and locations are:

• 16th-18th April 2014 at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in Orlando, Florida.
• 4th-5th June 2014 at the Lowry Hotel, Chapel Wharf in Manchester, UK.
• 30th-31st July 2014 at the Swissôtel Sydney in Sydney, Australia.

Key areas of focus at the conferences will include updates and training on the company’s customer communications solutions, compliance updates, user case studies and panels, best practices and interactive workgroup sessions.

The SNUG conferences combine business experts, industry leaders and product specialists in an environment that promotes knowledge sharing to help users work faster and smarter, reduce costs and optimise results.
