Join Forum Events for the first annual Call Centre Conference. This one-day educational programme will be running alongside the Call Centre & Customer Services Summit and take place on Tuesday 23rd April 2013.
Supported and Chaired by the Call Centre Management Association, the conference promises to be a source of knowledge and information for all Call Centre professionals. Chaired by Anne-Marie Stagg, Chairperson of the CCMA, the programme of CPD Certified educational seminars will be hosted by carefully selected industry experts, providing delegates with the most up-to-date information and developing industry trends.
