New USB Buddy headset training adaptor launched

SW Communications have just launched their USB Buddy, a training adaptor which connects two headsets via a single USB port.Side-by-side coaching has just got even easier with the introduction of this USB headset adaptor.

The USB Buddy is priced at £29.95 and is available directly from SW Communications or via their ebay shop.

There are two separate mute buttons, which allows either the trainer or the advisor to easily join or leave the conversation.

The USB Buddy has the following features:

• Trainee plugs into one side, supervisor into the other
• Ideal for call centres, offices or webinars
• Ideal for side-by-side or distance training with a wireless headset for trainer
