The next Call Centre and Customer Services Summit is being held on the 17th & 18th September 2012 at the Radisson Blu Hotel, London.Senior professionals can increase their knowledge of why, how and where to invest in this industry.

Call Centre professionals from Home Assistance,  London Borough of Lewisham, PayPoint, Sovereign House, Careline Services, Travelodge Hotels Ltd, Bedfordshire Police and Tottenham Hotspur FC are amongst the first delegates to confirm their attendance, and outsourcing service providers C-Talk, Go Response, Netcall, Sage (UK) Ltd and Syntec  have already signed up for a full day of business meetings.

Some of the confirmed moderators conducting their own seminar at the 2012 Summit include Mark Opperman from Voicesage, Peter Massey from Budd UK, Paul Cooper speaking from Customer Plus and Jonty Pearce from Call Centre Helper.
