Assembled has announced the opening of its new London office, marking the start of its European expansion.

Founded in 2018 by former Stripe engineer Ryan Wang, the US-based company develops AI agents and operational tools designed to support customer-facing teams.

“The talent density and AI ecosystem [in London] is exceptional, and we’re seeing increased demand from European companies bringing a thoughtful, quality-first approach to human and AI agents in their support operations.

Our philosophy that AI automation is transformative, but not a case of human versus machine, has resonated with customers here in the UK and Europe.” said Assembled Co-founder and CEO Ryan Wang.

Following a recent $51 million (£37.8 million) Series B funding round backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, Assembled is establishing a presence in London to better support clients and partners across the region.

The new office will serve as a hub for growth in Europe, reflecting Assembled’s long-term commitment to building closer relationships with organisations operating in diverse and dynamic customer service environments.

Hannah joined Call Centre Helper as Digital Content Assistant in 2024.
