CallMiner Announces New Advancements to Its AI Framework

CallMiner has announced new advancements to its agentic AI framework.

As part of the latest release, CallMiner has introduced improved automated AI analytics, deeper integration between analytics and automation workflows, and enhanced customer engagement capabilities.

The company has also launched LiveTranslate, an AI-powered, real-time translation feature that enables natural conversations between agents and customers in any language.

Findings from their 2025 CX Landscape Report shows that 96% of CX and contact centre leaders now see AI – including generative and agentic models – as central to their strategy, up from 87% in 2024.

The same proportion believe AI will be key to maximizing employee potential, reflecting growing confidence in automation as an enabler of human performance.
