8×8 Becomes Gold Sponsor of CCMA Ireland for 2025

8×8 has announced its Gold corporate sponsorship of the Customer Contact Management Association (CCMA) Ireland for 2025.

This partnership highlights 8×8’s continued investment in Ireland’s customer experience (CX) sector and its engagement with the country’s growing community of CX professionals.

Through its partnership with CCMA, 8×8 will participate in key industry events throughout the year, including speaking at the 2025 CCMA Conference and sponsoring the Irish Contact Centre & Shared Services Awards.

The collaboration also includes digital initiatives such as thought leadership content and industry insights aimed at supporting CX professionals in areas like AI adoption, customer loyalty, the PSTN switch-off, and workforce engagement.
