What Is a Data Access Form (DAF)?

This is a form used in a call centre or BPO that a customer can use to access information under the Data Protection Act that allows a customer to get a copy of all the information that you hold on them.

DAF may also refer to

This is a form that allows you to authorize data under the GDPR regulations.
