EvaluAgent has announced its latest new feature as part of its cloud-based Quality, Coach and Compliance platform for contact centres.

Its new real-time notification feature is now available for all free and paid customers to utilise.

Built to engage agents and ensure valuable feedback is acted on, real-time notifications automatically alert agents to new feedback via email and from inside the app, whilst evaluators are notified when interactions are assigned to them.

Also, as with the EvaluAgent platform itself, the feature is completely flexible giving you the option to customise service level and set notification preferences.
