Uniphore Announces Acquisition of Orby AI

Uniphore has announced the acquisition of Orby AI and its intent to acquire Autonom8.

The two AI-native companies bring research and engineering talent with backgrounds at DeepMind and Google to enhance the Business AI Cloud.

Together, they strengthen Uniphore’s ability to advance AI applications in enterprise settings.

Orby and Autonom8 address key challenges by creating action models that learn and optimize business processes, moving past the limitations of traditional generative AI and autonomous tools.
