Jim Oldroyd is the owner and founder of Bread and Butter Learning Solutions. He is a multiple award-winning Learning and Development practitioner and charity Board Director.
Jim has also covered many roles in learning and development from starting out as a Customer Service Trainer to working as Head of L&D for two successful nationwide based businesses.
He lives in Leeds with his partner and has worked in L&D for almost 20 years spanning many sectors including insurance, financial services, retail, logistics, and the betting/gaming industry.
