CCW Europe is delighted to announce the coveted shortlist for the CCW Europe Excellence Awards.
Open to anyone involved in the Customer Contact and CX industry, the CCW Awards recognise and celebrate individuals, teams or companies who are committed to driving the next level of customer strategies and experiences through innovation, operational excellence and relentless dedication on speedy and superior services!
The applications of our shortlisted award applicants have been sent to our prestigious judges who will deliberate and select a winner for each of the six CCW award categories.

Winners will be announced and celebrated on the evening of 8th October at the prestigious Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam during the CCW Europe 2019 event.
Robyn Coppell has worked as Digital Content Manager for Call Center Helper since 2021. After University her first job was in a contact centre and has stayed in this space ever since.
She has experience of contact centre operational management, software systems, css and php coding. She edits a lot of the guest content that is published on Call Centre Helper.
