Sabio has secured a contract with Swedish energy provider Vattenfall to deliver Genesys Cloud and support services.

This multi-month project will assist Vattenfall in transitioning its contact centre operations across Germany, the Netherlands, and the Nordics to a unified cloud platform.

The consolidation aims to enhance efficiency and provide a unified omnichannel customer experience.

Vattenfall, one of Europe’s largest producers and retailers of electricity and heat, faced the challenge of a simultaneous cloud migration across multiple countries with varying architectures and methodologies. Sabio was selected for its expertise and competitive bid.

The project underscores the growing interest among large enterprises in adopting cloud contact centre solutions for improved flexibility and customer service.

Wouter Bakker, Country Manager of Sabio Group Benelux, is excited for the project and explained how “This contract win highlights the appetite among enterprise firms to embrace cloud contact centre solutions to achieve efficiencies, flexibility and deliver exceptional customer experiences across European teams and operations.”
