Odigo has announced the appointment of Laurent Dechaux as its new CEO bringing fresh leadership to the CCaaS provider.

“I am honoured to join Odigo and to continue the excellent work initiated by François-Xavier and the team.

During my 30 years in the software industry, I have learned that the success of a company rests above all on two pillars: the satisfaction of its customers and the commitment of its employees.

Odigo’s mission is an exciting one and I look forward to working with Odigo’s people to continue improving the effectiveness of interactions between brands and their customers. said Laurent Dechaux.

Dechaux succeeds François-Xavier Floren, who led the company for 13 months, driving gains in customer satisfaction and introducing new features to the Odigo platform.

With over 30 years of executive experience at Oracle, Sage, and Enablon, Dechaux is known for his focus on employee engagement and customer-driven outcomes.

His goals at Odigo include enhancing its customer-centric approach and pursuing growth through expansion and strategic acquisitions.

Floren will continue to support Odigo as a Board member, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity in strategic priorities.

Hannah joined Call Centre Helper as Digital Content Assistant in 2024.
