The Customer Engagement Summit returns for its 14th year on 9 October 2025 at Evolution London. The event will bring together 2,000 senior leaders from global brands to explore the changing landscape of customer engagement.

We’re on the brink of a seismic shift that’s redefining how organisations connect with their customers.” This year’s theme highlights how advancing technology and evolving expectations are reshaping engagement while keeping the human element at the core.

The programme features 250 speakers across seven stages, covering strategy, the future of the contact centre, customer care, data and analytics, experience management, engagement marketing, and customer growth. Speakers represent organizations such as HSBC, IKEA, Virgin Group, KFC, JPMorgan Chase, Formula E, Liverpool FC, and Porsche AG.

Over 100 exhibitors will showcase technology shaping customer engagement, from AI and automation to data-driven insights. A new Start-Up Village will highlight emerging disruptors bringing fresh approaches to the field.

Delegates will have the opportunity to connect with peers from leading companies including Amazon, John Lewis, Tesco, BT, McDonald’s, Deliveroo, and Vodafone through networking sessions, focus groups, and roundtables.
