Nextview Consulting, a European Salesforce consulting partner, has acquired Sabio Group’s Salesforce delivery practice, formerly called makepositive. This move boosts Nextview’s growth in the UK and Ireland and strengthens its position as a leading Salesforce specialist.

The acquisition adds to Nextview’s investment in digital transformation services across Europe. The company aims to meet growing demand for customer-focused, Salesforce-based business solutions. Sabio will shift its focus to Service Cloud Voice and AI solutions for contact centres.

Both companies have also formed a partnership. Together, they will deliver Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, AI, data solutions, and contact centre capabilities to clients in the UK and Europe.

Nextview now has over 250 employees and more than 1,100 Salesforce certifications. Its revenue exceeds €30 million. Will Lamb, a seasoned Salesforce professional, has been named Managing Director for UKI. He praised Nextview’s mission and welcomed the former Sabio Salesforce team.

Sabio will concentrate on advancing Service Cloud Voice and related AI services, supported by platforms like AWS Connect and Genesys Cloud. The company sees increasing demand for AI-driven contact centre solutions.

The partnership is expected to benefit customers by combining Nextview’s broad Salesforce expertise with Sabio’s specialised contact centre and AI solutions. Sabio remains committed to working closely with Salesforce and delivering advanced services across Europe.

“In the last two years, we have expanded our design-led digital transformation capabilities with investments in Sweden, Germany, and CEE. Acquiring Sabio’s Salesforce professional services accelerates our move into the UK and continues our growth as the largest pure-play Salesforce Partner in the region, especially with our newly launched Agentforce AI Accelerator Studio,” said Huub Waterval, Founder & President of Nextview Consulting.

Will Lamb, a veteran Salesforce ecosystem executive, has been appointed Managing Director UKI, and stated: “Nextview’s ethos is second to none, offering inspiring workplaces, caring for its people, and delivering unparalleled vision and impact to its customers. I am proud to lead its mission in UKI, excited to welcome the Sabio Salesforce Practice team, and look forward to partnering with our customers.”

Stu Dorman, Chief Innovation Officer at Sabio Group, commented: “Sabio has developed unmatched expertise in Service Cloud Voice combined with platforms like AWS Connect and Genesys Cloud. We see growing demand for our expertise in this space, especially when combined with Salesforce’s groundbreaking Einstein AI and Agentforce solutions. This partnership will strengthen our position as Salesforce’s leading contact centre partner in the UK and mainland Europe.”

Andy Roberts, Chief Executive Officer, Sabio Group added: “Sabio remains dedicated to strengthening its relationship with Salesforce across the UK and Europe. This move will provide joint customers with access to Nextview’s extensive expertise in broader Salesforce Cloud offerings, while Sabio will intensify its investment in delivering Service Cloud Voice and advanced AI solutions, expanding our expert services for clients in the global contact centre and customer experience ecosystem.”
