CallMiner announced the launch of CallMiner AI Assist, a new set of AI tools aimed at automating tasks and improving efficiency within its platform.

This update, introduced at the LISTEN user conference, builds on CallMiner’s existing features like semantic search and real-time summarization.

The AI Assist tools help users streamline complex tasks, boost productivity, and uncover new business insights through AI-driven automation.

The system’s flexible framework connects AI components across the platform and allows organizations to choose different AI models based on their needs. CallMiner AI Assist will be available to all customers by late 2024.

Bruce McMahon, Chief Product Officer, CallMiner, said “CallMiner AI Assist is now so much more than a help bot. It’s an intelligent, scalable solution that enhances platform ease-of-use, increases operational efficiency, and ensures organizations are getting even deeper insights from their customer interactions.

By delivering an agentic AI framework that takes action and tracks value on behalf of users, CallMiner continues to set the bar for how AI is leveraged within conversation intelligence platforms.”

CallMiner AI Assist will be available to all new and existing customers in Q4 2024 and will continue evolving with more features and functionality.
