Talkdesk has proudly announced its sponsorship of Customer Contact Week (CCW) Las Vegas, the leading event series committed to catering to professionals within the customer contact industry.

The session, moderated by Rebecca Jarvis, CCW host and ABC News chief business, technology, and economics correspondent, will take place on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, from 8:50 a.m. – 9:20 a.m. PDT and will discuss how as we bid farewell to the IVR era, GenAI is primed to take the lead, providing precise and tailored responses to customers’ needs.
