We at Call Centre Helper thought we would make this Blue Monday a bit brighter by releasing our back catalogue of Contact Centre Survey Research.

Since 2015 Call Centre Helper has conducted an annual survey aimed at discovering the latest insights on ‘What Contact Centres Are Doing Right Now’, and in 2016, 2019 and 2020 we conducted a second survey where we explored ‘Is Your Contact Centre Delivering Exceptional Customer Service?’
